Electronic Baler Counter

The electronic baler counter is manufactured using digital and analog electronic circuits. It may be used to count all kinds of bales produced or processed by agricultural machinery.
Since it doesn't contain any moving mechanical parts, it's unaffected from dust, dirt, pollen, grass etc.
Two sensor options are available: magnetic sensor detects magnets and inductive sensor detects metals. These sensors can detect movement of machine parts which may cycle one or more times for each bale produced. In this way, sensor location and installation becomes quite easy. There is a precounter to set this bale counting per detection ratio.
You can store up to ten counter values into independent memory locations. You can name these locations to classify production with respect to fields.
With the aid of time and date storage ability, the production per unit time can be calculated for each counter.
There is a user interface composed of LCD screen and keyboard, for displaying counter values, maintenance and settings adjustment. The screen is unaffected by sunlight and doesn't need shadows to be visible. Two character sizes are available to display counter values.

Baler counter may be mounted on the tractor. Supply cord can be plugged into cigarette lighter. It doesn't need any change in tractor wiring. "Sensor interconnection part" is supplied in order to unplug the sensor from tractor easily. This part is mounted to the rear of the tractor and the cable is unplugged from there when separating the baler machine. The sensor cable is long enough to extend to the tractor. Included cables are sufficient for installation, no additional action is required.
Cables with connectors and receptacles prevent wrong connections. Movement and vibration of baler machines don't lead to loosening and connection problems.
Bale counter operating temperature range is -20 ℃ to 60 ℃. Sensor has IP67 protection class. It serves you many years by being dust and water proof.

Sensor diameter is 12mm which is a standard size. It may be mounted into existing holes on the baler machine. 11mm holes may be easily expanded with a circular file. Magnet with a mounting clamp is supplied with magnetic sensor.
All of the settings may be adjusted from user interface. Counter reset, name setting, value editing, font size selection, adjustment of date & time are some of them.
Sensor can detect fast movements down to 2ms. Even if the baler machine is driven at full speed, counting continues.
